Microsoft 365 SSO and company setup
Register your company with Microsoft 365. An account allowed to grant organization-wide consent can complete the Microsoft setup.
How does Microsoft 365 onboarding work?
Microsoft Entra ID identifies the organization and its users. After consent, the setup guides you through company details, optional ERP connections and activation.
Company registration and optional connections
Use the Microsoft company identity
Company information comes from the tenant where available. Check it before completing setup.
Configure only what you need
Colleagues can use the company login under the configured tenant settings. ERP credentials remain separate.
Give colleagues a company sign-in
You can finish setup without an ERP connection and add a supported system later.

Example: Microsoft 365 onboarding
An authorized colleague registers the organization. The company administrator then adds an ERP connection and tests the login.
Consent depends on Microsoft tenant policy and the permissions requested. A Global Administrator role is not the only possible authorized role.
