Salesforce integration for Accounts and Contacts
Use Salesforce integration to review Account and Contact data before publishing changes. Start with standard fields and the connection your company controls.
What does the Salesforce integration synchronize?
The connector reads and writes supported standard Accounts and Contacts through the Salesforce API. Existing records can also enter enrichment, formatting and duplicate-review jobs.
Working with standard Salesforce objects
Standard CRM objects
Company names, contact details and supported address fields are mapped to the standard Salesforce objects.
Stable relationships
Review the target Account and the proposed values. Missing data can be added while populated fields are preserved.
Provider-aware scope
Connection status and record outcomes show whether the operation succeeded or needs investigation.

Example: Salesforce
An Account has an old phone format and several Contacts. Standardize the number and review any newly found company details without replacing unrelated CRM fields.
The standard connector does not provide bank accounts or actual invoice and payment history. Custom objects require a separate agreement.
